What materials to keep before Yak's Bend? - Guild Wars Forums

I've collected a large quantity of materials so far and want to sell them in Ascalon but am not sure what I should keep for my profession (for when I get to Yak's Bend). The armor I crafted in Ascaolon used mainly cloth I think, so should I just keep that and sell the rest?

Look through the armor for your character and keep that. These might not be exactly right since retail. I don`t remember Fur in any of the BWE`s but everyone was looking for pelts and I don`t see pelts now. They should be close though.

Hmm, save those Charr Hides. Use the expert salvage kit bought in Yaks bend to try to get lucky and get fur from them. Then go back to Ascalon and sell the fur square (if you get lucky enough for one to be salvaged) for 500g. Those fur squares are in high demand, although once you get to Yaks bend you don't need them as much.
